What are you consuming today?

B: coconut yogurt with sliced strawberries, sprouted grain english muffin with organic strawberry preserves, coffee with a splash of whole milk.

L: leftover spagetti and meatballs with three slices of buttered whole grain bread and a glass of milk

S: two homemade banana muffins with large glass of milk

D:baby carrots with hummus, sliced apple, cheddar cheese stick, smoked almonds, orange juice, and dark chocolate sea salt and caramel bar for dessert!

B- nature valley oats 'n dark chocolate granola bar
L- probably some kinds of sandwich
D- maybe steaks, baked potatoes and asparagus...all depends cause my daughter "graduates" her after school program at 3 and my son has tball practice at 530.

L: sweet potato, steak with red/green peppers

s: protein bar and carrots

d: not sure yet either spaghetti or fish with a side salad.

We don't have any decent food -- all of your meal choices sound so healthy and impressive. Here is my terrible list.

B - cinnamon raisin bagel with butter and cream cheese (work cafeteria)
L - pepperoni pizza, three cookies, water (work cafeteria)
S - hot chocolate out of a packet with water yuck (work cafeteria)
S #2 - apple with peanut butter
D - penne with meat sauce from our fav carryout place, caf free coke, water
