I want to try to keep it easy, like a pound a week. We can do that, right? My long-term goal is to lose 30 pounds by Karissa's first birthday, which will put me at a healthy BMI. First goal: just lose four pounds by May first. Anyone want to join me? I figure if I have other ladies keeping me accountable, it will help me stay focused! So who's in?
UPDATE: I decided to start a Yahoo group for all who want to be a part of our 'weight loss support group'! I set it up to invitation only, so please message me if you're interested. This way we can share photos and info, without worrying about some random stranger being able to access it! So if you want to join, message me with your email address and I'll send you the link.

Thanks Leanne. Do you think there would be a way to set up a 'support group' sticky for all us gals wanting to lose weight? I'd be willing to be the 'leader'of sorts, keeping in contact with everyone interested, and coming up with incentives and ways to make it fun. Let me know what you think.
How about JustHealthyMommies? I actually just started a group with Yahoo that's invite-only, thinking that might give our group more privacy. Anyone's who's interested in joining could message me their email. But if you want to set up a subforum I can do both.
