Do you have an exercise routine? If so when do you workout and do you follow a particular program? My dilemma is that I have a 2 year old plus the baby and they don't always nap at the same time, so my only option is to workout late at night, or early in the morning. Many mornings the baby wakes up around 4 or 5 am for a feeding, and I can't wait to get back to bed when she is done. Ideally it would be nice to workout at 6am & be done before my 2 year old wakes up at 7, but who am I kidding, I am way too tired and un motivated at that time.
So my only other option is 9 or 10pm after they are both in bed. Is this crazy? Does anyone else workout at late at night?
My DH purchased the Insanity workout program, so that is what I want to try even though it sounds insane! I have no energy during the day to deal with these 2 kids so I really need to get on a workout program. It's not even about the weight loss for me, its about the energy. I am so tired all the time I don't know what to do.
I'm currently in the middle of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It only takes about 25 minutes, and is a great workout. You can find it on youtube if you don't want to buy the dvd. I do it during Cam's first nap, but if you do it first thing in the morning I find it gives me an energy boost.

Your 2 year old may think it's funny to try to do with you during G's nap. My son did (and I thought his moves were adorable). If that's the case, you could do it during the day.
ps for little kids, the lamer, the better for their enjoyment (think, sweating to the 80s kind of lame)
I've taken up running. I take off with either just the baby, or no kids at all, once my DH gets home & showers. Usually around 6:00pm. Aside from that, I do things like squats, sit ups, push ups whenever through out the day. My 3yo likes to try & do them with me. I found that its just too hard for me right now to try & stick to a program with a 3yo and super attached 8mo.
My cousin and I joined the YMCA. I go right after I get off work. We work out for about an hour. I'm exhausted all the time, but DR said I have to get my CL down or I'm going to have a heart attack in the next few years. So I HAVE to do this.
Exercise is the most important to stay healthy. I think you should do some initials exercise like cycling or swimming. These exercise is most effective to weight loss. I always get up early in the morning and then go for a walk daily.
