Who's gone? who's gone with their kids? Their LO? Im pannicking... We are leaving Friday to go to Mammoth Cave in KY with all 3 kids. Raini is in Cloth diapers... Im bringing with me a bucket and wash board for her dipes as they have no washer dryer where we will be staying.
Ive never been camping before.. so I have no idea what I need to bring... Im totally freaking out about it.
We are going to meet my March 08 crew from Jm!! Im soooo excited!!! Ive loved these ladies for sooooo long, I can not wait to meet them in real life!!
Haven't been camping with LO yet but I am going on vacation next week with her and the hotel I won't have washer/dryer. We cloth as well. I put mckinley in a disposable for nap yesterday to see how she would do and in 1 hour her poor bum broke out. I was planning on using sposies. I'm gunna try The Honest Company diapers as I heard their plant based ingredients instead of chemicals. Hoping those work for the week I need them.
And wow that is sooo neat your meeting up with one of your jm groups! Have an amazing time!
I have been camping many times, just not with the LO's.
You really don't need anything out of the ordinary from what you would take on any vacation - clothes, diapers, wipes, bottles/cups (depending on what you use), milk/formula/or if you bf, you don't need anything...lol, food, water (lots of water), not sure what the campsite will be like, but if it doesn't have bathrooms, take TP and a trash bag or something to put the TP in when you are done going to the bathroom, flashlight/lantern and extra batteries, toiletries (again, not sure what the campsite you are going to is like, but if they have showers you will need the essentials, shampoo, soap, etc). Sleeping bags/blankets, a tent (lol), sorry, I am stating some of the obvious, unless you are camping in a cabin. Bug spray, sunscreen.
I didn't type that in proper form, but there it is I am sure I missed something, I bet if you google what to take on a camping trip, someone out there has compiled a list
We camp and Z has been with us a few times now. I do switch sposies when we camp. She sleeps between us or in the Ergo. I don't really bring anything special for her. We camped when the twins were younger than this. it's doable and lots of fun. i think wearing baby makes it much easier to set up and take don camp.
Thank you peimum for my siggie

Thanks so much for the replies! We HAD A BLAST. The boys had so much fun and Raini's favorite part was the air mattresses in the tent, she bounced around forever. lol
It was amazing meeting my jm marchies!!! Weve talked since 2007 being able to meet them in person was the most amazing thing ever. We are already gearing up for our next meet up, 3 days just wasnt enough!
