We're doing "Hot Plates" 3 nights this week (I cooked some chicken, turkey, and beef this weekend, and it will be combined with veggies in a stir-fry kinda thing on the night we eat it).
Moroccan Meatballs with Mashed Cauliflower and Coconut-Almond Green Beans
Swai fish with Cumin-Roasted Carrots and Creamy Kale

Everything is from the "Well Fed" Paleo cookbook, which I'm really loving!

well just had some yummy spagetti

tommorow- I was thinking southwest salad (black beans corn tomato onion jolopino ect on a bed of lettuce)

I know hamburgers at least once these week and possibly a noddle bake with lots of chesse I havnt planned yet can you tell lol.

im trying to think of really high protein carb and natural fats dishes this week becuse it seems im still losseing weight that I dont really have to lose

iv been pounding beans penut butter and red meat but im getting sick of doing so in their plain states so im trying to get a little more creative lol.

I'm not sure since we don't have any money to buy our part of the food this week, but on Saturday I made Tatertot Casserole with a TON of green beans! It was so good

Today was homemade baked beans and grilled hot dogs.
For the rest of the week...dairy free shepards pie, spinach, tomato, and mozzarella quesadillas on wheat tortillas, ham and havarti grilled cheese in flax and chia seed bread, have not planned Friday yet....maybe a crockpot meal
