Winter is starting to be a character. She doesn't have as many real words as I wish because she is also copying her sister's babble. Her newest words are up and down(always together) and baba(for boobie). It's so neat that she will follow directions better than her sister. She's my little helper right now while I'm getting the house in order!
Potty training has stopped. We were doing elimination communication, and she has never been overly fond of the potty. Now she hides to poop! Annoying but normal at the same time.
Rhydian is doing great! He knows a lot of single words even though they're generally way off what the real word is. haha like bupba for diaper and 'byes' for nose and 'meemee' for baby. No sentances yet and he has surprisingly NOT picked up no! He hears it enough! lol
He started walking (finally) in June and has since progressed to RUNNING! AHHH!
He LOVES to share and play pretend. If I hold my hand out he will pretend to eat food from it and he likes to bring things over for me to 'drink' (a baby lego or his sippy cup-it doesn't matter) lol.
Oh! and he LOVES talking on the phone. Anything is a phone... he has his 'hand' phone, his 'remote' phones, his 'banana' phones. lol and he always says 'bye' before he hangs up.
And whenever he hears the world walk he runs to the door yelling 'alk' 'alk' because he loves to go for walks. lol
Aubree has lots of single words too, but no sentences yet. Everything is puppy. "Puppy, puppy PUPPY!!!" Haha. She also, unfortunately, knows "mine." She runs around all the time and just giggles. I love watching her play. She pretty much has to have animal crackers on hand, and carries them around in a bucket. Her favorite toys are her toy necklaces. (She's just like her mama!!) She'll put them on and take them off for hours. She loves to be read to. I need to get her some more books. She has me (and my bf) wrapped around her little finger.
