Do you have a good baby sitter? How often do you leave your little one with a baby sitter?

My kids go to daycare so I think they have a great baby sitter during the day. Our problem is trying to find somebody to watch them at night or on the weekends if we need a sitter. My mother in law watches them some but can't always watch them when we need. Other than her we have no one. I've been considering trying to find somebody else to help when we need it but don't even know where to start. it's hard to leave your kids with somebody you don't know.

We have a great babysitter, Trisha, who watches Kira every other Monday evening so hubby and I can have a date night.

We found her via UrbanSitter.com, which is a great website. It let me easily book an interview with Trisha, confirmed that she had a background check and CPR training, etc. I'm totally not affiliated with the website at all other than being a customer, but I really recommend it if you want to find a sitter and don't know where to start.

We've only left Rylynn with family for extended periods of time (more than an hour or two). I did leave her at an in home daycare, which is run by a good friend one day when I needed to be on a demo site.

We essentially have no one that we will leave baby girl with. We were actually discussing this today because we have an appointment wed and need someone.
