Anyone here into fitness or exercise? Have you kept it up, or planning to?
Just curious because I'm a runner, and it's been soooo hard for me to run at all this past week. I'm tired, and slow. And frankly, have no desire to do it right now. But I want to stay active. I normally love it so much, I just feel lazy lately.
my exercise is keeping up with my almost 2 yr old and 3 year old i used to go to the gym 3-4x a week, then i started nursing school....between school, 2 kids, and just studying in general i havent been much since august....i miss it, but i do get a lot of cardio in chasing my kids

Yes! I have been an off and on exerciser/runner since I had my oldest (She's 6.5), but I finally picked it up regularly again a year ago. I go to cycling classes a few days a week and still run. I am not a great runner--but I did about 6 5ks in the last year and I'm running my 2nd 8k this Sunday (Shamrock Shuffle in Chicago). I am terrified that my nausea will kick in! I also have had very little energy. I did a 4.25 run this past Saturday and felt like crap. Once I get past this weekend I'll stick to 5ks and keep it up as long as I can. I should be able to go to cycling for a while longer. I regret not keeping up with exercise and part of why I started again last year was in anticipation of being pregnant again--wanted to be in the best possible shape I could be. I am at least starting out 5lbs lighter than any of my other pregnancies!
My hubby and I CrossFit and I decided to take this first month off. I'll still exercise and lift light at home, but I just wanted to gauge my energy levels and sickness before I paid my monthly membership. It's expensive so I don't want to pay if I'm going to be too sick to go. I will definitely be walking every chance I get. We went on hike yesterday.
