Actually, due to my track record, I am pretty grateful to be going 2 plus time a day. I am sure once we are all on prenatal vitamins for a while we wont have this problem XD

Try Colace or Senokot. That works well.

I used colace with my last pregnancy. Works wonders when I can't go.

I've been okay and hopefully will stay that way. Fingers crossed, I know how miserable that can be.

Eat something high fiber on an empty stomach in the morning for constipation issues.

I have started having nausea and dizziness in the evenings. I never puked with my son. Hopefully I get lucky about that again.
