Hello Ladies!

I've been cramping since 7dpo. I typically suffer from bad cramps during af, these aren't as bad but they seem to be worse on some days and on others not really at all. Is this all normal? I've read that they are but still...they are pretty rough at times. Should I call the Dr? My first appt isn't until the 18th of this month. This is my first pg..so I need advice lol. Thanks in advance.

As long as there is no bleeding, it's all normal! I had some really painful cramps at the beginning with my first baby. Take some Tylenol if they get too uncomfortable

Totally normal as long as there is no blood. Take tylenol and drink lots of water.

I cramped a lot with my DS (my first pregnancy). I thought I was going to start and because of all the CM I ran to the bathroom to check for flo every hour, I swear! As long as you're not bleeding and pain is not severe you're good to go. Just your uterus growing

@Lexness
That sounds like me. Comes in waves. Very brief waves of cramps.

Yes brief waves is exactly what I had 1st pregnancy! I remember it getting really painful double over cramps and telling my dh to go grab me some water and tylenol, and by the time he got back, they would be gone lol!

Yep drink LOTS of water...this is my first and I have been cramping also. Before I found out the cramps were really weird: they came in waves. I would cramp for 5min or so then they would completely stop. It was super strange. Now I am 5w3d and I can go a whole day without cramping, but I woke up this morning and I started cramping again.

You have to drink LOT AND LOTS of liquids.. like water, cranberry juice (helps prevent uti ) and Gatorade which has the elecotlites (sp?) that you body needs..
