I'm about to go shopping for the next 2 weeks, and i figure i better go ahead and buy m/s friendly foods consider it started at 5 weeks for me last time.

Last pregnancy i mostly ate turkey/mayo sandwiches, grapes, plums, bananas, mostly fruit lol! Any suggestions? What are your go-to foods?

EDIT: and for some reason, i coukd only eat cold food! Anyone else have a temperature preference with m/s?

I didn't have much M/S last time, but wanted to "chime" in (pun intended) that I found these awesome ginger chews, that really helped. They are called Chimes I like the Orange flavor best. Ginger, itself, is a bit spicy/peppery, so these are sweet and spicy at the same time, they are addicting. I bought the cute little tin to keep them in to carry in my purse, but I bought a huge bag to refill it....I got them on Amazon, but heard they sell them at Cost Plus World Markets too.

I was addicted to shrimp my last pregnancy, other than that, I ate a lot of fruit too. I had gestational diabetes, so I really had to watch what I ate at the end.

I've heard of little candies for m/s before. I love ginger. I might get some of those if my m/s gets bad! Last time it was terrible but short-lived. 5-9 weeks.

I chew peppermint gum most of the time. With Atti I just had a lot of chicken broth and French onion soup.
