It seems like the further I get into this pregnancy the more problems i'm having with being dizzy. I used to have dizzy spells with my first pregnancy because of low BP in my 2nd tri, but this is different. It's really bad if I go more then a few hours without eating. This morning I ate my normal breakfast at the normal time and about 15 minutes before lunch time I was a shaky dizzy hungry mess.

No nausea problems though

I guess I need to finally make a dr's appt

Sounds like your blood sugar is tanking. Try to eat small snacks/meals every 2 hours

Those 100 calorie packs are PERFECT for keeping blood sugar up!

It's just so strange because my first tri with my son I had food aversion so bad and never really ate unless I forced something down.

I have had several dizzy/lightheadedness spells, especially in the shower..pretty annoying. Your blood sugar might be low, especially if you're feeling shaky hungry. If you can, snack on something (string cheese, nuts, fruit, crackers) every couple hours. I've felt better when I keep munching every hour or so. Feels like I'm always eating, but it's what my body needs right now.

the shaking with the dizziness does make it sound like a blood sugar thing. Make sure you're getting more proteins and less carbs/sugar, and your blood sugar won't tank like that.

However, dizziness is also a side effect of progesterone supplements, so maybe as your normal progesterone increases, you're getting some of that too.

And, unfortunately, it can be totally normal for things like that to be completely different from one pregnancy to another. :/

Yes! I am dizzy a lot. I can't stand for very long until I have to sit down again. I really don't think I'm having blood sugar problems because I feel like I'm eating constantly.
