First, whoever decided to call it "morning" sickness should be punched in the face.

Second, natural remedies? What has worked for you?

I did not ever throw up with Cody. Just felt mildly gross all the time. I took B6 for the first tri so that might be why I didn't get sick.

B6 and Magnesium work for me. Nothing worked my first pregnancy except Zofran.

The only natural remedy that even pretends to do anything for me is ginger. I have an organic ginger tea that I drink with breakfast that mildly helps.

Even the zofran doesn't completely make it go away for me, and it's the prescription med that helps the most.

6 weeks this time....it starts earlier with each.

I will have to go back on my b6 and see if that helps. I don't have an appointment until May15th so I don't know if I can get a script or not.

Right now it is anything I eat leaves a bad after taste that gags me. And my stomach is very queesie.

Ha yep same here. I have yet to actually throw up but I feel nauseous on and off all day. It literally started about a week after ovulation......I am serious. Thankfully some days are worse than others and I honestly don't mind it because it reassures me that baby is in there

Oh yeah, NAUSEA starts immediately for me. I don't start throwing up until between 5 and 6 weeks.

I wasn't sick at all the first time, but this time I feel like dog doo. Tired, sick, not hungry...I take all the vitamins, eat small meals, drink ginger kombucha...it doesn't really do much for me. Just have to power through.

B6 and acupressure wristbands are really helping me right now. My midwife said to do 50mg of B6 twice a day but I couldn't find that dosage so I'm taking an 8 hour 2 stage timed release of 100mg that seems to be working well.

I started feeling it atb6 weeks. I'm pretty much sick all day, puke a few times. I ONLY feel ok while eating--immediately afterwards I am sick. I caved and got zofran but won't use it every day. It helps--but not a ton.

Yes, this!

It is getting worse each day. Makes it hard to handle a 5 year old that never stops talking and a 16 month old that gets into everything. Lol

I only feel bad when I don't eat after a few hours in the morning (so not a breakfast person) or when I take a vitamin. I prefer ginger. I love Reed's Ginger Ale (made with real ginger and with out all the unnecessary stuff that's bad for you) and homeade ginger tea/lemonade.

I never actually vomited with my first but felt like I would a few times. Babies R US sells these candies called Preggy Pops. They come in lollipop form as well as hard candy form and they are made with all natural ingredients like Ginger. They seems to really help. This time, I've been yucky a few times but still haven't vomited yet. Hoping to carry that trend through each pregnancy, that's definitely one that I like!

I eat constantly. And I eat what I feel like eating. Yeah, eating is pretty much the best thing for my m/s. Mine gets so much worse when I have an empty stomach. I also take papaya enzymes to help bring it down even more. You should buy some. They're great for heartburn too.

I have just gotten m/s in all it's glory. It's all day yuck and vomiting occasionally. It was very gradual...the nausea got worse and worse. Then since last night I've been completely sick.
