Just wanted everyone to read this in case it might work for them.....I just put this on Kelizah's thread...but thought I'd post it here too..

I went to my acupuncturist yesterday and she said to get some fresh ginger and cut off a coin looking size and (LOL) sportstape it to your wrist....here is the position...

At the bend in you wrist, in the middle, slide your pointer finger down your arm slowly towards your elbow until you feel a space your finger fits in, around some tendons/vessels..this is where you should put the ginger, it's about 2 inches away from the bend in your wrist. She always needles me there and I had maybe 5 barely there days of M/S with my Daughter.

I hope that helps!!! ((HUGS to all that are having terrible M/S))

I also take a supplement she recommends called Cellfood...It is supposed to balance your minerals and help with morning sickness too. I get it on Amazon.

That's the accupressure point that I wear my sea bands on. Wonder if the ginger really makes a difference or if it's mostly the pressure on that point that's helping.

The acupressure points and seabands have never worked for me. I will try the ginger though. Ginger on my food/ginger tea/etc has been the only natural cure that has even pretended to do anything for my sickness, but not really all that much anyway (but even the prescriptions don't get rid of it, so...)

The sea bands make it manageable for me. When I combine them with b6, I'm finding its barely noticeable so I'm lucky.

Yeah for some reason B6 make me sicker. :/ The only thing that has ever worked for me has been delivering. Seriously, the MOMENT the placenta is out, the nausea is GONE. I tell people I'm allergic to pregnancy.
