So, the last few weeks I've hardly been on the board. Just scrolling through made me nauseous It's been awful! I just sit here and feel miserable, like it's the flu or something. This is my third pregnancy and I don't know if it's just harder with three around or if my age (34) has something to do with it. Anyway, I've been praying for relief because...well.. this...sucks

Sooo ... I've seen it mentioned on here before. B6 and Unisom. I took it last night, 1/2 of each tablet. I woke up about an hour ago and I feel...BETTER!! I'm making some oatmeal right now which sounds kinda good. I've been eating saltines spread with a little butter the last few days and that's basically all I was able to keep down.
I will keep you all posted and I'm curious to see what you think about it. I hate to take pills while I'm pregnant, but everything I've read says its fine. Has anyone seen anything different? I will take another B6 with breakfast and the Unisom combo tonight. Praying this is the cure!

OK, do I need to get some B6? Because that's how I feel--like I've had a stomach bug for 3 weeks. I can barely read or even watch tv.

B6 helped me too. Midwife recommended 50mg twice a day.

Anything with B6 or magnesium makes me feel way better too! Powerade and Red Raspberry Leaf tea are really killing the m/s.

Glad it works for you!

Unisom makes me feel like a zombie all day even after a full night sleep so that's not an option for me. I've been living on animal crackers for the past few days.

Have you tried the Unisom or just the B6?

I bought some Unisom today on my lunch break. I have not vomited but I have had several bouts of nausea and if those get worse, Unisom it is!

Unison and B6 are a god send. It's like magic for my m/s. I take it at night and I don't feel sick until late afternoon the next day. Glad it works for you too.

It's an antihistamine. Same drug as Benadryl.
