Is anyone else feeling restless? Like, I can't get comfortable or hold still. I am sitting at my desk, working, and I cross my legs, uncross my legs, sit indian style in my chair, prop one leg on the cpu, stand up, walk around, repeat. It is like this at home as well, sitting on the couch or trying to go to sleep. Any suggestions on what to do to help battle this? PLEASE tell me I am not alone!! lol

I had restless leg syndrome with my first pregnancy BAD. Worse at night, I couldn't even sit and watch tv, and forget sleeping. I occasionally took benadryl. Unfortunately I never figured out how to stop it from happened. Annoying!

Unfortunately, I have no problem sitting or lying down! But I have to stand most of the day at work, teaching.

Hope you find something to help!
