Mine would be the horrible back and hip pain i've been having. It's been an EVERYday problem and I am soooooo tired of it. Poor SO is beside himself wishing he could help more. He massages my back often which does help. But I wake up in pain and it just gets worse through the day. It's between my shoulder blades, my lower back and my whole hip.

Mine would be stomach related issues - nausea, constipation, gas pains, stomach cramps, etc.

Yep, forever and always. If I'm pregnant, it's this.

The all-day nausea and extreme physical exhaustion. Omg, twins is so different...I can't believe how tired and sick feeling I get. I overdid it one day, and never again...I was out of commission for three days.

Mine has been the waking throughout the night. As if the exhaustion isn't bad enough, I wake every hour or so for no reason. I don't have to get up and pee, I'm not uncomfortable. I just have a weird dream and then I wake up and I'm like "what the heck was THAT dream about?" and then fall back asleep.

It's tie between morning (all day) sickness and my bloodhound like sense of smell.

morning sickness all day and how tired I've been. I feel like i cant get anything done because I constantly need to lay down. I also havent been sleeping very well and wake up multiple times through out the night, even though I've been taking half a unisom before bed.

Well, since my nausea seems to have mostly gone away I would have to stay either RLS (already), or insomnia. I can't figure out if the insomnia is pregnancy related or just due to stress, but either way most nights I wake up around 2:30-3 and am up for several hours. I usually read to keep my mind from going crazy, but I fall asleep just before I have to get up and go to work. :/ It really, really sucks.

Ha! Do I have to pick just one?

Nausea....it would just be better if I could throw up and get it over with...I'm getting headaches now (joy) and I'm still super tired.

Waking up every 1.5-2 hours every night. I would LOVE a good nights sleep!

Except that throwing up doesn't make you feel better. At least it doesn't me. I'm CONSTANTLY nauseated, and when I throw up, it's just as bad after.

it would be the Nausea that i get in the evening time. which makes me feel like crap. I have to sleep with my head elevated for me to feel better from the nausea and the waking up every 2 hrs in the night time to go to the bathroom.

Mine is my sense of smell. I made dinner the other night then was sick from the smell I hid in the bedroom while my family ate and put it away.
