We had a softball game last night, and I haven't ran in awhile - like more than chasing my kids around anyway - and man today the muscles around my belly are so sore! I guess that means I need to work on getting back in shape! shew! I didn't know those muscles could hurt! My legs hurt, too..but I think that's more from the 6-7 miles we walked at the zoo doing hills all day on Thursday....

so my question..whose still running?! whats your pace?

I'm not running but my legs do get so tired and hurt after a long day. I blame it on the extra 9 pounds i'm lugging around

I haven't been but I've been wanting to. I don't have a quick pace to begin with (11 minute mile) so I know I will slow down a lot. I won't push myself.

I'm still running. Trying to keep a 9 min pace. If I go much faster I lose steam a lot sooner. Usually 3 miles at a time.
