FTM, I'll be 14 weeks on Tuesday with twins. Starting yesterday I started feeling what I can only describe as a twinge. It was low, below my bellybutton and I felt it on both sides. It felt almost like a cramp that didn't hurt. I don't really know how to describe it. Does this sound like I'm feeling movement? It was on and off throughout the day, definitely not gas. I've only felt it once or twice today, but I've been on the go pretty much all day. I can't wait! I want to feel my babies!

Babies moving is not normally crampy feeling. At least it wasn't for me. It's more like a moving bubble lol I can't explain it

Everyone seems to describe it differently. The first time I felt it with my son, they were little thumps. But I've heard moms describe it as butterflies, or tickles. Sometimes swishes. But you'll know for sure when you start feeling a few movements in a row. Not just a little twinge and then nothing

And hiccups are the cutest too! I'm impatiently waiting right there with you though.

I've never felt any movement that has felt like "butterflies", "flutters" or anything gentle like that with any of my pregnancies. It's either thumps, rolls, or flips for me. You could be feeling movement, especially with two of them in there. I've been feeling it.

Based on my past experiences, I've always not felt as much (especially early) when I've been on the go and on my feet a lot...but when I get a chance to relax and just lounge around, I notice it.

As for it feeling like cramping....hmm...not sure about that. The only time I've ever had pain associated with movement is when they are a lot bigger. My kids both had a penchant for beating up my hip bones....or kicking/punching me in the cervix...ouch. Cervix impacts do make you wince!

The first time I was pregnant, I dismissed the beginning flutters as gas. The first movement I noticed felt like muscle spasms in my stomach. Similar to how to eye might twitch at the corners...It just doesn't occur at regular intervals like a muscles spasm does.
