First of all---Team Blue! We are happy as we have 2 girls and a boy now.

Everything looked normal on the ultrasound EXCEPT the tech noted one small cyst on the brain. My OB said he hates them, hates talking about them when the babies are obviously normal, said we were his third today! He said dont lose any sleep--isolated, they don't mean anything, we probably all had them. He's not even going to order another ultrasound unless the final report turns up something noteworthy. He said if I'm desperate I can call in 2 wks to get the final report but he doesn't see any reason to even think about it.

So I'm not worried. I saw the report and it did say normal all over and no increased risk for Trisomy 18.

Also he ga e me an internal exam, no spotting (I had a small spot of brown on my underwear yesterday), so I'm good, and can keep running too. Good thing--I have another 5k Sunday!!

Glad you had a good u/s (even with the minor blip) and I'm glad that the doctor was unconcerned. I know that'll make it easier for you to be as well. Congratulations on team blue!

Congrats on your boy! I am glad the Dr told you not to worry!

I can't even believe you are still running.... I can't even walk to the neighbors house without being winded and tired. You are a beast!

Congrats on your boy! Glad that your Dr. was reassuring about it all. I can't not imagine running right now. I went for a slow 45 min walk yesterday (with 4 kids) and was so tired after.

LOL, a marathon??? Heck no--a 5K is only 3 miles!! I will NEVER run a marathon. My longest race is an 8k (5 miles), and after the baby comes my goal is a 10k--that's it!!

Thanks though ladies. I am slow and take walk breaks but I do believe it's helping me overall. My running buddies--my brother and his girlfriend--want me to sign up for a 5k that is when I am 36 weeks!!Not sure about that!
