I'm not really in "cleaning" mode yet, but I'm definitely in "spruce up the house" mode, which usually comes shortly before "gut this SOB and sterilize it!". Today so far I have painted a fan, a dresser, and am getting ready to do a bookshelf. While hubbs sands the bookshelf, I'm cleaning out the closet in hunter's new room (it's got coats and stuff in it) so i can move the stuff from hunter's old room downstairs I'm also going to paint some canvases so I can put these stickers on them for his room...i love spray paint! muahahahaha!

I'm getting the itch to finish painting the rest of the house.... 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and our bedroom still need to be done. I know if I don't do it before the babies come, it'll be a loooooong time before I ever get to.

I've been doing better about keeping up with the house. My house isn't 100% spotless but it's clean and not cluttered. I am enjoying having it that way again. I do have a "to do" list building in my head to get ready for baby.

I have been there for a while, first there was fresh paint in our bedroom and a new bed, now we've ordered a sectional for the living room. Next, I'll move on to the baby's room, saving the best for last!

The cleaning part of nesting hasn't kicked in but the organizing part has! I completely re-organized the playroom last weekend.

I have absolutely NO IDEA what this feels like. I'm always feeling so sick and tired when pregnant that I only do things when they absolutely have to be done. I did a bunch of baby laundry just before Allison was born and mentioned it on Facebook and everyone was like "Are you nesting??" I was like, "um, no. But it has to be done and I'm not falling over, so I might as well do it now."

I wish I had that URGE.

If I ever want to move and need to show my house, it should be in the month before I give birth. I keep it clean 24/7 then because my nightmare would be thinking about a cluttered house while I'm recovering in the hospital, then coming home to it!

I guess one of the benefits of moving is that all my "nesting" will be unpacking...
