I've had other pregnant moms point out what I should or shouldn't be eating. Look people, this isn't my first rodeo and just because you're jealous that I'm enjoying a giant deli sub without guilt doesn't mean you should try to shame me. I'm not feeling the least bit bad about this.

Most restaurants and fast food place (as well as most of the bottled dressings you buy in the grocery store) do not contain raw eggs, or have been processed so as not to be a concern.
I'm not sure I'd eat someone's homemade ranch dressing or mayo if it's at a pot luck dinner, but other than that....
Wife to sweet husband Jeff and mother to 2 beautiful girls: Emily (2) and Jocelyn (1).
I'm the overly cautious one so I get the total opposite because I am avoiding lunchmeat or cantaloupe, people are shocked and get aggrivated at me and say "why can't you eat that?" However, I would never tell anyone else what to do. Each person must decide on their own. Although it did drive me crazy when I had a pregnant coworker who often threw back Red Bulls and smoked her menthols.
Now in my situation with being on bed rest a lot is out of my control. It makes it hard when people are trying to help. They don't always practice safe handling of raw meat in the kitchen or don't wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly and I don't want to criticize, but I do worry. This has been a very humbling experience and I just pray over my food and hope for the best.
