I'm experiencing a new ache that I've never had in past pregnancies. It's like a literal pain in the butt. Almost in the same spot where you feel pressure when you're pushing the baby out...like the tail bone area. It's not like a sharp pain like I've injured my tail bone...but like a general area achy pain. What could this be, and what would help it go away? It makes walking around feel awful. I've had it for a few days. :/ Anyone had this before??
I've got something that sounds similar, but more centralized or located in the glorious frontal portion of those regions... like achy after you've sat on a hard bicycle seat for TOOOOO long.
I am guessing (although it's just a guess) that it could be someting related to our hips and tendons/ligaments beginning to spread. That's all I can think of. Not a RLP, but a constant dull pressure-like sensation, but not in the internal areas, really. Strange.

Hmm...now I am wondering if this was a sign of preterm labor. It was bad again yesterday, and I didn't get much time to sit down til evening. I had the lower back/tailbone area pain and cramping in the front. After a long night of rest, it is completely gone. What do you think? Should I call my OB or midwife tomorrow and mention it?
I have It all day long. Lower tailbone. It's not in the area of where I would push but my tail bone and hips and I guess groin area kill. If I sit more than five minutes and get up it hurts to put weight on my legs
