which bottles do you tend on using once baby arrives..

I'm probably going to use Dr. Brown bottles unless baby doesn't like it and then I"ll try the simalic bottles since I've seen no problems with my 1mth old niece using it..

Dr. Brown has so many parts...too many for me. Haha

When I go back to work we use VentAir. I have used them with both kids so far and no issues.

I registered for the tommee tippee because I've heard it's good for going back and forth between breast feeding and bottle feeding. Not sure if this there is a better variety for this?

I'm hoping not to have to use any, but if I end up needing some, I'll pick up the Avent ones. My son always liked those. I see they have a new "Natural" line which sounds intriguing and is supposed to be good for use with breastfeeding also. I'd probably go with that.

I got 3 Tommy Tippee ones as well for the same reason as above. I used Dr. Browns with Greyson as they were the only ones he would take but I HATED washing those things and always having to have that little brush to clean the long tube...nope not even giving Tobias that option this time if we need bottles.

I used Playtex Ventaire with my first 2 with no issues whatsoever. Then I had Ruby and she wouldn't take any bottles! I tried ALL of them. Finally one day I basically did bottle boot camp with her and the Breastflow worked. I had to lay down on my side to nurse her to get her going, then quickly put the bottle nipple in, and go back and forth that way. After that day she took bottles much easier and was holding them on her own by 4 months. So I'll probably try those brands.

Dr Browns and Ventaires. They worked for J.J so we are using them again. We tried tons with him -- he would take any -- but these worked the best for his reflux issues.

I don't like bottles with too many parts. The plain, cheapy Evenflo bottles have always worked well for me. I don't want to have to worry about the little parts getting cleaned properly and then having to put them together.

Not a bottle user, but would try Avent first if I had to. I also had a couple that flat out REFUSED the bottle, so we just got rid of 'em! LOL!

My 2nd did that. It's pretty much the reason I quit my job...she was starving herself when I went back to work, and I couldn't have that. She'll still that stubborn now at almost 3. lol. Guess its just her personality - she wants what she wants and won't give in no matter what. So, I got rid of all the bottles I had. I'll have to start all over if I need them this time.

I'm hoping not to need any this go around. If we use any, it'll be either the playtex nursers or the cheap evenflow ones.

With DD1 we tried Dr. Brown's and the ventair ones. Too many pieces to keep up with and during those sleep deprived night feedings, we had more than one occasion where I forgot a piece and ended up with formula EVERYWHERE!

So, if I use bottles it'll be because I'm using formula. And when I switched Allison, I really liked the Similac Simply Smart bottles because it has a little mixer thing in it, which was really great.

I have a pack of Tommy Tippee to use as back up or so Chris can help with feedings when I pump

Tommy tippee was recommended to me by a friend and sis-in-law, so I registered for those. Hope she likes them.
