SO apparently asked his mother the other day "So does she have to relearn how to walk about the baby is born?"

Lol.. she relayed this to me. After laughing for a good long time I asked why I wouldn't be able to walk (thinking he meant from the 9 pound watermelon thats going to shoot out between my legs). He said "Well I just thought because your belly took 9 months to get big that your balance would be all off when it just goes back flat again after he's born". I then had to share the disappointing news that my stomach doesn't just magically go flat again either.
mommamindy and Betts like this.

I too, had to explain to DH that the belly didn't just disappear after delivery! We caught an episode of "I'm Having Their Baby" a few weeks ago and as they were leaving the hospital, DH says, "Wow, she still looks 6 months pregnant, maybe they didn't get it all." I laughed!! At that point I told him about PP Binding which I'm a huge fan of. I really do think it helps a lot.

I had to explain the belly thing too. It came up in conversation when we were walking Kate and William come out of the hospital with Prince George. I made the comment she looked great and the conversation flowed from there.
