shave "down there" b/c my tummy is blocking my view.... and when I do it's very patchy... I told him that next time he's going to shave down there for me.. and poor thing is willing to do it...

Plus the other day I got my sister to shave my legs for me b/c I didn't feel like bending and shaving my legs.. I'm so glad that summer is over with...

haha!

No way would I let Marko near me with a razor. That's why they make mirrors.

LOL! I was telling my DH the same thing last weekend. I kinda feel around after I'm done to see if I got it all lol. I'm almost at the point of giving up on my legs.

Me either! I see how often he nicks his own face!

I also just do it by feel. I admit though, I don't actually shave, just trim. But there's still no way I'm letting him do it.

I already had my honey give me a trim. Lol he was really into it. He was so focused. I usually use some cream but I heard you shouldn't use it while pregnant. So it was a dense forest down there. I needed help. Lol

While pregnant, I also only trim. I get too paranoid about ingrown hairs becoming infected and things of that nature. One of the girls I know got a form of staff from shaving and that completely freaks me out! I use DH beard trimmers and go to town, however last time, was probably the last time that I will be able to do it on my own. DH will have to help from now on!! My legs are another story. I seem to be able to do my right one OK but when it comes to crossing over my own body to do the left, I'm in BIG trouble!!!

Poor DF i gave up on the "down there" shaving a few weeks ago He doesn't seem to mind as long as he is still getting lucky though, after the first trimester I think he's just happy he gets to see me without pants on lol. As for legs, I wear a lot of jeans right now, jeans and sweatpants and then I tackle it when I start to feel icky lol.

I pulled out DH clippers this weekend too! It was easier then shaving because I can't see her anymore either. My mirror is just a little to high as well. I will use the hand hold mirror next trim. Legs I am still surviving doing pretty good with those.... not sure how much longer though.... Starting to hurt to bend over like that and then of course bending like that just makes the heartburn come back.

I was thinking of getting a wax done. That super hurts though and not sure if I can handle it right now. I barely handled it before.... but man does it last forever! It's so nice!

At this point in the game, it all goes. If i feel a hair, it goes. Much easier to stay clean that way

Word to the wise, do NOT shave right before you go into labor. Because when they clean you up if you need stitches -- OUCH

This is so funny!! Over the weekend I realized how difficult and uncomfortable it is getting to shave my legs and lady area. I asked DH if he was willing to help me out. He seems a little apprehensive, but I think eventually he will. I use an electric razor and only trim down there so there shouldn't be any risk of injury. We'll have to keep each other updated and see how our DH's do lol

Patchy shaving job done three days before I started contracting... They do ffns in the dark ultrasound room with a spotlight on your girly parts... Yeah that was embarrassing but I am sure the doctor has seen worse.

i would NOT trust anyone near my girly bits with anything sharp i use a hand held mirror and touch. im lucky that shaving my legs has never been too tough for me, its the bikini area that is the hardest

Yep... it's all touch here. I figure they've seen worse, and my doc has 5 kids, so she totally gets it I just try to be as trimmed as possible. Not an easy task! I actually find it's easier in the bath than in a shower, so that's my spot.

LOL I was just thinking the same thing yesterday! I use a mirror, but I'm dreading having to do it in a few months when I'm huge :/ I wouldnt trust anyone else to do it lol I thought about waxing but that would be torture.

Lol I've only been doing my bikini area by feel for a while now and it's driving me crazy. So last night I decided it was time for a full shave and it took forever. I can't bend over so I hiked my leg up. Lol omg. It would have been some x rated funniest home videos

Lol!!

I haven't actually shaved anything in a few years..I use an electric razor and take things down to a stubble. I can still use touch and a hand held for the girly parts but DH already knows the drill.....he has to do it at least 2x before D day but other than that I start working on 70's bush

I go by feel. So far it hasn't been too bad. If it was bad with DD I must have blocked it from my memory because I don't remember.
