I've felt like something was not quite right for awhile but since I didn't have an incompetent cervix with my previous 2 and havent had any surgeries that would cause damage there was no reason for the dr to suspect anything. Even the Dr I'm seeing now said its not routine at this stage to look at the cervical length by the ultrasound tech but since the funneling is so bad the tech noticed something was wrong and took extra shots otherwise she would have sent me home too.

I received my second steroid shot yesterday so my mini goal is to get through tomorrow night so the shot has time to work its magic. Then 1 week at a time. I'm thinking of starting a weekly vlog to chronicle my journey. If I make it to 35 weeks I can go home until I go into labor.

Praying all will work out for you and little Micah! Just take it one week at a time, every week increases his chances so celebrate those milestones! Hang in there!

I just have to stay in a flat position...mostly on my sides. I sit up only to go pee and they have a bedside commode for me. It's really not as bad as I thought it would be so far. I love my day nurse and today's student nurse and I have really bonded. I got in trouble this morning for being too loud while laughing and conversing with her lol. Everyone says I have a great spirit, but I have a history of depression and I am honestly just determined not to go to that place.

I really appreciate everyone's support
