It doesn't matter what kind. Underwire, no underwire, nursing, regular...they ALL SUCK!

For whatever reason they are causing a lot of pain at the top of my ribs.

Anyone else?

Then it is too tight

I had SUCH a PITA time trying to find a bra. I went up a size and a cup and put on an extender --- much better. Less pain.

YES! Whenever I let 'em down, they are sore.

Hmm it might be too tight. I'll have to pick up an extender and try that.

I let em all hang out in the eve and DH said they look like watermelons on a downhill ski race. Wonderful. But they don't hurt when they're free! I ordered a couple of new bras and am going to get fitted AFTER baby's born and nursing and all. I know boobs change so much during that last week or so of pregnancy and through the first few weeks of nursing...

With navel nesters there ISN'T a comfortable bra option. Even a great fit feels restrictive due to the HOIST!

Mine don't really hurt in the rib area, it's the shoulders that bear the brunt of the weight! They HURT!!!

My shoulders are sore too. I have not found a bra that can hold up the ladies while distributing weight evenly . Problem is the size E on my 36 frame. Used to be a 32 or 34, so my shoulders are having to adjust to the much bigger size..

I'm really surprised that mine haven't been a problem. I was a 38 D to begin with and although they swelled a little in my first trimester, they really haven't gotten any bigger. I bought a new bra early on and it's been good so far, but I rip that thing off the second I get home. The thing that's bothering me is my nipples. They've gotten dark and I have perma crust on them. I've been trying to moisturize them, but that doesn't seem to help. And without a bra on, no matter what color top I'm wearing, I can see them.

Underwear has been the biggest PITA for me lately. Getting pantyliners to stay in place has become the challenge of my life and I've been having to change my undies twice a day because of urine leakage. Then the panties fall down or are too tight....if I wouldn't have wet spots on my pants from peeing myself, I'd go commando!

Mine are always a pain. I wish I was one of those people whose boobs shrank after BFing. Each baby has only made them bigger. 34DD prior to my first kid to currently 36G. Fortunately, that seems to have stopped and they're not bigger this time..but with two babies pushing up on my ribs it seems my bras don't fit as well now...like they are digging in my skin. If I loosen the back part though, then its too loose and I feel like I'm gonna fall out. Can't win.

they feel so heavy, that I dread taking my bra off... hurts... so does my entire back from my boobs and of course baby

when i'm home, I'm never in a bra at all anymore. I would not wear one going out, but my nipples are so freaking hard all the time,

Panties have been giving me fits as well! I can't seem to find any that don't roll down and that drives me crazy. I even bought maternity panties to no avail! Only 7 more weeks

Today I don't have the pain. It is a different bra but it is one that was bothering me last week. Maybe baby dropped. I have no idea.

This is for the birds though!

Oh and I went from barely a B cup pre-Elizabeth to a D cup after Flynn. Not sure what I am now.

Yeah, mine have grown a lot bigger this pregnancy than they've ever been. I don't get pain underneath them, but I feel like they are suffocating me! Doesn't matter if I wear a bra or not they're too heavy. I thought the discomfort I felt at the tops of my ribs was pressure from baby, but now that you mention this??

Mine shrank after extended BFing and it wasn't pretty. Looked like deflated balloons.

I was having a hard time with the underwires. They were digging in to my belly, so I started using wire less and I'm so much more comfortable.

When I'm at home, I wear just a cotton bra thing. It doesn't offer too much support but it holds them up a little. I'm afraid to walk around bra less, since they're so large, I can just feel gravity pulling them down and making them saggier and saggier.
