Tell me something your DH/SO has said that you didn't know if you should laugh or punch them.

My husband says crap all the time. The other day I was wearing a Pirate t-shirt with the Pittsburgh skyline on it. He said "Wow! It looks like the city is in 3-D!"

Sounds like he was pleased though...

When my darling said that of course we wouldn't get pregnant, because I'm "in the autumn of my life". LOLOL! LOVE the pregnancy part, but back up offa the OLD!

I think you are too kind. Kind people give the people around them a hard time. You can't express yourself honestly, because you are worried about hurting other people's feelings, and that makes you miserable.~"Winter Sonata"

Our Conversation Yesterday:

Me: I want something pretty to wear to the shower next weekend.
Him: Well let's go get you something.
Me: They don't make pretty stuff for hippos.
Him: Lane Bryant
Me: SERIOUSLY???? That's for plus sized women. I'm not plus sized, Just pregnant, fat and swollen to the max!
Him: Which means they will have some clothes that fit you right now.
Me: We have to go to the Maternity store. Rude.
Him: Just trying to help.

That was our conversation word for word via text yesterday!! In his defense, I buy bras at Lane Bryant so I have shopped there. I guess he's just confused but I really wanted to slap him!

My favourite is when he thinks he is being funny making fun of me and I finally say "can you please stop... You're actually making me mad" and he goes "God you're hormonal" umm no! You're making fun of me?! What do you expect?

My DF is usually pretty good at shuting up about pregnancy related things though lol. However my dad looks at me the other day and goes

"I wasn't going to say anything but I think you've gained some weight"

Well I'm 30 weeks pregnant! I'd hope so! Lol!

When I was pregnant with Elizabeth I needed him to tie my shirt. He said "Back up a little closer." then made beeping noises when I did. It was funny but I should have punched him.

Omg Swade!!!! I'm sorry but that's too funny!

When we were in L&D a couple of weeks ago for monitoring, my husband was sitting in the chair in the room and says to me, " I hope this isn't the type of chair I'm going to have to sit in while your in labor. I'll be really uncomfortable!"

I just looked at him like, "really?"

Haha! As soon as he said it he corrected himself. Without taking a breath in between he added, " I just realized what I said, sorry."

Our men are so entertaining. I love it. I can picture his "uhoh, what did I just say." face.
