Broke my wrist in 2003 at my black belt test. (Got my black belt!)

And I've broken multiple toes. Beyond that, nope.

Nope, not even when I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle when I was 11 (it did all sorts of other damage, just nothing actually broke). The radiologist doing the 15 xrays said I had one of the densest skeletons he'd ever seen.

I broke my jaw when I was 7. I fell on my kitchen floor while practicing my figure skating routine in socks (I wanted to be Nancy Kerrigan). Thankfully it was a clean break and I didn't have to have my jaw wired shut.

But that's it!

I broke my wrist in a car accident in 2000. It wasn't just a normal break though. I had 6 pins and an external fixator for 6 months. The told me that I would never be able to use my hand in the same way again. I totally can!!

Okay, you girls will get a laugh out of this one.

I'm accident prone- I've falled off fences, twisted my leg around in a compost bin (don't even ask! We were doing an obstacle course when i was younger lol!), and I've even slammed my pinky finger in a car door and locked it in there. NO BROKEN BONES.

Then one day last year DF and I are fighting and I leaned on him and he yelled "get off me fata**" (as a joke, but still). So I got mad and hit him as hard as I could. I'm one belt away from a black belt in karate, so you can only imagine. He puts his kneeup to protect his manhood and I punched him right in the kneecap and yep.. You guessed it

Broke my hand..... I broke my hand on my fiancés kneecap.

That was an embarassing story to tell everyone who asked.

Oh my gosh, no! *knock on wood*

One time, while snowboarding, I fell sooooo hard and I swear I must've broken my tail bone. But I never had it xrayed, so I don't know for sure. It hurt to sit for MONTHS, though.

I think It's pretty awesome that we have a couple of black belt ladies in our club!

Broke a few toes in 6th grade when this 50lb shelf fell on my foot at school. I fractured my elbow last year when I slipped on the ice while going down the front stairs and carrying my two-year-old (she was ok).

Otherwise, I'm far more prone to ligament/tendon damage due to my hypermobility. Docs have told me though its probably prevented some broken bones because my joints bend more...and I believe them!! There are times I so should have broken things and I "only" ended up with tissue damage.
