Bought a second pack and play. DS (21 months) still uses his to an extent that we couldn't just stop using it for him and the new baby will need a pack and play in our bedroom (along with the rock and play and snuggle nest).

Anyone else end up doubling supplies like that?

I am tempted to buy a second swing for the 2nd floor...but I might wait for that.... this baby seems to like motion, and i really dont wanna drag a swing up and down the stairs if motion is what he wants/needs to sleep.

Not currently. There just is not room.

I think I am going to have Flynn stay in our bed and the new baby sleep in the pack n play next to our bed.

There are quite a few things that I need to double up on....hehe.

But, on the topic of pack-n-plays...I got two with my first, because my SIL was watching him a lot then while I worked and it made more sense than me just bringing one back and forth all the time...

Not us! We are out of space, too. For sleeping places, we have multiples: arms reach for nights (with us), packnplay for travel, rock n play for main level area... That's enough for me

I'm ready to get rid of some stuff, but obviously, it's not time yet
