I had my 34 week appointment/biophysical sono today due to blood pressure issues and a history of pre-eclampsia with my last pregnancy.
The sono showed normal fluid levels and she gave him an 8 out of 8 for all the other parameters. My bp was actually good and there is no protein in my urine.
At this point with my last pregnancy I was already on bedrest and just trying to make it to full term.
The thing that concerns me is that even given my history with pre-e and the high blood pressure I've had this pregnancy...she's keeping my next appointment for 2 weeks from now. I was expecting weekly appointments and I think I will call next week and just go in for a BP and protein check because last time the pre-e came on very suddenly.
She also said his head is large? She said everything else looks good but that they will keep an eye on it? It wasn't measuring large at my 20 week sono, so is she most likely looking at from a labor stand-point or could it be another concern?
All-in-all my appointment went better than the last time around at this point, but I'm nervous that things will deteriorate towards the end like last time. Trying to be optimistic though!
I'm surprised you'll not be seen in a week! I'm optimistic for you!!!

I think you are too kind. Kind people give the people around them a hard time. You can't express yourself honestly, because you are worried about hurting other people's feelings, and that makes you miserable.~"Winter Sonata"
From my experience with this EXACT same thing over the last 3 weeks, your tests must not show much reason for concern if she's holding your appt out 2 weeks which is great news! I started weekly apps at 33 weeks and now I'm going bi-weekly for the same issues. No fun, but better safe than sorry.
