These are totally not healthy, but they are good and they freeze well lol.

You will need:
A casserole dish
8-10 medium tortillas
3 cans wolf brand chili with or without beans (we do without)
1 lb ground beef or turkey
2 shredded cheese (I don't measure this)

Brown the meat with your choice of seasoning (I use seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and sometimes chili powder). While the meat is browning shred your cheese.

After the meat is browned lay out your tortillas and spread 1tbsp of chili onto the tortilla, on top of that add 2-3 tbsp of the ground beef/turkey, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll the tortilla up and set it in the pan. Continue this until you have filled the pan with the rolled tortillas.

Cover the tortillas with the remaining chili and sprinkle with your desired amount of cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is a golden brown and chili is kind of bubbly.

That sounds very similar to some burritos that I used to make. Yummy!!
