I love tomato soup and I don't like to eat meat for everrrryy dinner so I decided to make it from scratch using this paleo recipe: Quick Cream of Tomato Soup | Award-Winning Paleo Recipes | Nom Nom Paleo
I don't like the sugary taste of campbells bleck and this is delicious! We will eat like the whole pot
I don't follow it word for word though and I'll give a quick pretty bad description of what I do...
2 cans of diced tomatoes
2 large tomatoes
1/2- 1 cup of coconut milk
Basil
Parsley
Cilantro
Mushrooms (whatever amount you like or none)
Pepper
Salt
Cayenne
Milk to taste

I puree the 2 large tomatoes and bring that, the milk, and the diced tomatoes to a boil. Add mushrooms and spices and simmer for 20 minutes ish. Add milk (coconut or whatever) till you think it tastes good! I was really surprised just how easy and how much tastier it was then canned tomato soup.

Never did get around to trying it, but I bought the ingredients because we are going to have it when my sister visits at the end of the month. Can't wait!
