I have it too, and I'm 3 months. I have to take a Zantac almost everyday.

I'm lucky bc I came into pregnancy with a RX for Nexium. Doesn't get any stronger than that. It helps TREMENDOUSLY.

Is Nexium safe during pregnancy? My doctor gave me a list of "safe" meds and that's not on there...

Me too! More so reflux than heartburn, but I get both at times. Zantac over the counter is safe to take. Nexium is a class B medication, which means that its not expected to cause harm to the baby, but you should always ask your doctor to be sure, there aren't enough studies to say one way or another if its safe or not.

My doctor was fine with it. And I really couldn't do without it.

Heartburn was one of my first pregnancy symptoms with all three pregnancies, and gets increasingly worse each trimester. I lived on Zantac with my last two, I don't imagine this one will be any different.

I have it too, luckily my morning sickness seems to be letting up a bit though. I just live with tums, it seems to help for now.
