Having constant extreme bloating, taking it as a good sign but looking for any tips/hints on controlling it... At least a little! Much appreciated!

Drink lots of water, like 6-8, 8 oz glasses a day..
Stay away from salt right now.. and add in a bit
Of fiber.. Or take 500mg of magnesium a day with
Prenatal...

Salt doesn't help bloating, but your body is working hard on increasing its blood volume right now. Along with the extra fluids you need, you'll need some salt to keep everything balanced. So don't be too hard on yourself when you start craving the salty stuff!

Crazy enough to try all over again for a second together baby! Hoping for a much less wild ride this time!

the crazy bloating over here too. I look like I've just eaten a massive meal - all day and it gets loads worse in the evening.
