This is one of my favourite chocolate cake recipes, and guess what? It's healthy! It's a gluten free cake made with chick peas instead of flour, so its packed with folic acid, magnesium, iron, fiber and protein! Plus it only calls for 3/4 a cup of sugar, and if you really wanted to make it more healthy you could probably cut it down to 1/2 because the chocolate makes up for it. It's almost like a fudgy brownie, its not light and fluffy.
