Seriously!! I feel like I need to lay down every time I take a bite of food. It's way to early to have heart burn like this!! It seems as though if I eat anything, even if it is a small amount, it gives me instant heart burn. I had heart burn bad with both of my daughters, but it wasn't until at least 30 weeks.

Seriously!!! Anyone else? Have you found any magic cures?? I know that for me salty foods seems to bring on the heart burn, but I get it at other times too. I just haven't found the other culprit yet.

I'm sorry Never really dealt with this.... I think papaya enzymes are supposed to help with heart burn. Studies on tums have been known to show calcification of the placenta.

I don't take tums because I tried twice and they never helped. I will look into papaya.

Anytime I lay down right now I get heartburn. Milk helps me. It seems to calm the acid.
