The physio in me has to ask: Has everyone been doing their Kegels?

5-20 minutes a day is a good rule of thumb with a combination of the following:
- 2-10 second holds with 10 second rest periods: done for 10-20 reps
- Flicks: as many as you can in a 20-30 second period

Also, make sure to do them in a variety of positions: laying down, sitting up, standing, in a mini squat/ plies, etc.

I've been doing them about 10 minutes a day, in about 2-3 minute sessions.

meh. I do when I remember. I usually forget.

same as with my other pregnancies. but I was able to push out my first VBAC in 15 minutes and my second vbac in one contraction.

I've never had any issues with leaking, or incontinence.

so if I remember, I'll do them, but even then. I'll be doing them and forget I am doing them and stop haha!

Never? Why not?

They have so many benefits: better orgasms, less back pain, improved continence now and later in life, easier labor... The list goes on.

I try and do mine whenever I'm washing my hands or brushing my teeth. That way it's easy to remember to do them and I feel like I'm multitasking.

I do when I remember. That being said, I'm trying extra hard to remember the past week or so. I am doing them at least once a day, which is a huge improvement from before.
