I am! I nursed DS 6 months and DD 14 months. I'm hoping this baby is a good nurser like my daughter. My son was finnicky and we had a lot of troubles. My daughter was smooth sailing from the first time she latched.

Yep! Nursed DD1 for 24 months, DS for 20 months, and DD2 for 27 months. We're old pros by now

I've never nursed before, but I fully intend to try this time. I have no idea what to expect.

Yup! Nursed first son to 2.5 months and had to stop due to motor issues he had. I was devastated. 2nd son was amazing right from the start and we nursed for 15 months. 3rd son was 12 months and only stopped because my milk dried up because I was pregnant.

This is how I feel this time.

With my son, he was born with a cleft lip and palate so I wasn't able to. I tried to pump but milk never developed. Because of a retained placenta.

My daughter I tried but had NO support and was lost and gave up.

I want to EBF this little one. and I'm finding lots of support ahead of time.

All 5 of my children were breastfed and self weaned at 2+ years. I have 11-12 years of breastfeeding experience, and love to help with any questions/concerns. This baby will be breastfed as well!

I plan on breastfeeding exclusively until I return to work and then breastfeeding when I'm home and pumping for bottles during the work day. Assuming all goes well.

I'm going to give it a try again this time, I wasn't very successful with DS, I could never get him to latch correctly and even went to a LC for help, bought nipple extenders, and a few breast pumps..nothing. I stressed myself so out that I dried up within 6 weeks. So this time i'm going to take the stress free approach.

Definitely nursing here. Nursing my first for 6 months, my second for a year, and my third for over 3 years (she did NOT want to wean!). I can't wait. I really hope to become a SAHM or WAHM after this one so I can stay exclusively BFing.
