So normally Truely likes to be held, rocked, or walked to sleep. But today I put her in her bassinet while she was tired but not fussy and she layed there awhile and then started to get fussy and I gave her her binx and she fell asleep then spit out her binx. For me that's big

It's huge. I am working on that. Sometimes it's a success and sometimes for the sake of sleep I just rock or walk her. Great job, mama!

Yeah I don't expect it to happen that easy again, but it sure would be nice. I was just so happy because sometimes it can take a very, very long time walking her around to get her to sleep if she's having a colic episode.

Well today she'd only take it once, the other times when I could get her to take something (when she wasn't hungry) she'd take my finger. And when she's in the midst of a 4 hour colicky spell I'll do what I can to help her calm down or ease her pain. Neither of my other 2 liked their binx much either. I'm not even sure why we've always called them that LOL.

Huge! I'm always viewing it as a mini-win when we can get Robbie to either sleep or hang out quietly in the bassinet or pack and play. Sending you lots of positive thoughts for dealing with the colic!

Totally huge! I can't wait for this to happen for us. If Cece isn't asleep when you out her down, then she won't fall asleep. The only exception is walks - she'll fall asleep in the stroller.

Well she had another good night last night, I think the medicine (knock on wood, fingers crossed, etc) is working.
