Probably just the hospital gown. If I have another C-section, I'll probably stay in it the whole time. But if I get my VBAC, I'd hope to change in to more regular clothes as soon as possible... or at least when DD comes to see us.

I was gifted a Pretty Pushers disposable labor gown, so I'm planning to wear that during actual L&D. It'll get messy, I'm sure, but I intend to throw it in the trash after delivery, so I don't care. I have a cheap Wal-mart nightgown that I'll probably use immediately after delivery. Again, if it gets ruined, it won't be an enormous problem to just trash it (though that isn't my intention). Also packing a set of nursing pajamas and a comfy robe.

As a really petite person, hospital gowns are just awful. They end up exposing even more than they do with someone a little more average sized. Unless I end up having to have a c-section, I won't wear a hospital gown at all (and some hospitals do make exceptions for labor gowns in the OR).
