What have you been drinking today?
How is your water intake going?
And on that note, anyone taking less trips to the potty lately?

I had about 40 oz of water so far today, and i also had about 16oz of decaf iced coffee from Tim Hortons. And i have been peeing like crazy all yesterday and today! lol. Like, im almost concerned it's too much... haha!

What have you been drinking today? Water, ginger ale, I did sneak in a pepsi (bad idea) and i had milk this am w/ my poptart

How is your water intake going? water is ok.. Im drinking bout 5 - 6 bottles a day. im not a water drinker, so im doing better than i was.

And on that note, anyone taking less trips to the potty lately? Im so relieved i do not have to go every 30 min to an hr.. way better now..

I had been drinking nothing but water for the past few days and the thought of plain water makes me want to gag.

I've had some lemonade and mint tea today. I'm not doing well today with my fluid intake, but the last week or so I did very well with my water.

Water and club soda. Club soda is the best thing, I think. Something about the carbonation helps the sickness.

I've had probably 36 oz of water today and about 10 oz of Coke which I NEVER drink, but it was SO good!

At least 32 ounces of water today and some OJ. I really need to get something else to drink though.

I drink water. Only. but I miss my coffee oh, so dearly! I do drink Greek Yogurt Kefir with honey for the protein. But it is not my beloved coffee.

I only drink plain water when I'm exercising, which I need to start doing. Today's been bad since I went out for both lunch and dinner. A mug of tea, 16 oz of kool-aid, and two large sodas.

Drinking LOTS of water. It was 104 yesterday and I need to make sure I stay hydrated! I also had a frozen strawberry fanta YUM.

My bathroom trips are NOT letting up at all.

I still find drinking makes me nauseous. So I've been drinking a small bottle of carbonated drink like fanta or something each day. Then I have a glass of oj with my iron. Then I've been craving melon like crazy so eating about half a melon each day. Then snacking on grapes, oranges and nectarines/ peaches.
