1 large can re-fried beans
1/2-1 pound beef
1 small can tomato Sauce
1 pack taco seasoning
1 bag of cheddar cheese.
1 pack of Soft Shelled Burritos
Preheat oven to 350
Cook and crumble ground beef and drain.
Combine beef and bean sin a pot and cook on low.
While cooking mix the tomato sauce and taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water or oil
Mix half of the tomato sauce with the bean mixture. Stir well and cook until beans mix really easily.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with Pam
Divide the beans evenly on your taco shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll each burrito up and place into casserole dish. Spoon tomato sauce on the top of each burrito and top with cheese. Bake about 30 minutes
These freeze really well. You can cook extras to freeze and pop them in the microwave, or oven for lunches
Well we were going to ave Ravioli (I'll make it omorrow since we ended upavng leftovers tonight) just a bag of frozen chese ravioli and fozen meatballs throw everything in a cassrole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce and heat it in the oven... Super easy

recipes well put cheerios in a bowl, add nesquick and milk and waaaalahh.. and i guess go to bk and order only 2 yes 2 classic crisp n chicken with ketchup and mustard oh and a small fry.. and here u get 3 crisp n chicken and 2 small frys lol bahahahaha...
I had leftover rotisserie chicken so I chopped it up and reheated it in a pan with some seasoning. Then I made a salad with lettuce, tomato, red bell pepper, cilantro, and black beans. I added the chicken and we topped it with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and crushed tortilla chips.
