Sounds like nerve pain. You must have a lot of pressure on your nerves by now.

It is possibly nerve issues with the babies sitting on things as well as being so low down. I am sure that since your body has decided to try to labor a few times they are probably quite low at this point. But even though it is probably the babies sitting on a nerve or pushing on one the best thing to do is watch it also. Back labor can start off as pain in the lower back and feel awful. It can minor or it can start off quite major. I remember back labor to be constant and not off and on like contractions, but the pain will intensify as the labor progresses. I would definitely keep an eye on things and watch to see if you have actual contractions to some point. If after awhile it still continues I would contact your doctor. Only because back labor can be a pain in the back and make you think it is just something other than, and with their positioning and needing a c-section that is not something I would risk. Try getting on your hands and knees...taking a bath...doing something to relax the muscles to see if the pain continues or eases. If it does not then I would at least contact your doctor to alert them as to what is going on and see if there are any recommendations or if they believe it might be muscle pain.

Yes if it goes away it is positioning...if constant for a long period of time it is more likely more and should be discussed with the doctor. Right now you are on the countdown and waiting game so anything can be questionable right?
