As of last week I've lost 33 pounds and am back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm just trying to eat well. I have 10 more pounds to lose though to get back to pre-trying to conceive weight though. Once the weather warms up here we'll be taking more walks which should help.
Holy crap! I've only lost like 19 pounds. I'm 6 lbs under my pre pregnancy weight. I was going to the gym 3x a week- yoga 2x a week, swimming 1x a week. Unfortunately with all my observations I have to do for school, I can't keep up on it at the moment. I want to go for walks everyday unless its raining but unfortunately its still even snowing here. Todays high-32 degrees. Right now I just don't wanna take her out with any weather under 40 for extended periods of time so..... who knows? Maybe by August we'll be there lol. I have this app on my phone called "Lose it" which I have been using for calorie tracking nada motivation. Just started it 4 days ago and I like it! Helps me think about what I'm eating and helps me e honest with myself. There is a dietician at my doc's office that I am meeting with in like 3 weeks to discuss my health with. I'm kind of excited to talk with them I just want to feel better and like the way I look.
