Last night I had a terribly sharp pain on my incision and I spotted. I was out of comission for hours. DH had to stay up til 7pm because I could barely lift Duke. Is this normal?

I bet your uterus was growing and adhesions from your previous surgery were ripping inside. This happened to me with my youngest last time. It is very painful. If you are concerned I would call your dr. though. As for the spotting I don't know. How bad was it? I have now spotted with all of my pregnancies so that is just what my body does.

C/S incision I'm assuming? With my 3rd pregnancy (2 prior c/s) I had this happen on and off a few times. My OB assured me it was normal. I'd imagine with yours being closer spaced it could be part of it also, but couldn't hurt to ask if it is concerning you.
