Tomorrow I have my first dr appt at 8w6d according to my LMP.
I'm excited and nervous lol. Nervous because there's that part of me that's worried something will be wrong, but I think it's normal to feel that way, right?
They're going to do the ultrasound, and I'm pretty sure I would be far enough along to see/hear a heartbeat I hope!

I'm going to ask some questions about my symptoms and cramping (which I haven't had much of lately)
Also some questions about foods to avoid, specifically lunch meat and heating it up etc, and add'l questions about listeria
Exercise questions (when I don't feel nsuseous or super exhausted lol)

Am I missing any important questions?? This is my first pregnancy so I don't know what I'm doing lol.

Those are all good questions. it's completely normal to feel nervous about the ultrasound. This is not my first pregnancy and that first ultrasound is always the one I get most nervous about. i can't really think of any questions that you have forgotten, plus you've got us so if you forget anything you can always ask us..lol.

Yep its normal to be a bit nervous, i know i am and this is my third. Once i see the baby and hear the HB its so reassuring! I plan to ask a few extra questions since i've never met this midwife. Good luck!

Sounds good. Only thing I would add is to find out the policy the office has for things like questions. Can you call and ask questions? If you have any worrying symptoms, should you call there or go to er? etc.
