Is seriously the only thing that doesn't make me feel nauseous. I know it has caffeine but it helps me feel a little better!

dont worry you can have caffine while pregnant its not even actually a banned pregnancy substance your just not supposed to drink obsessive amounts of it..... you have to drink 56 ozs of Dr pepper in a day to consume more then 200 MG (the standard recommended limit for daily caffeine while preg)

most ppl think they cant have but a single caffeinated item because caffeine limits are normally illustrated with coffee not soda.

Btw Dr pepper is also my go to drink its freakin delicious right now.....that and powerade is about the only liquids in my fridge lol.

Yep its fine to have a little caffeine daily. I usually choose coffee myself. As for soda i've been drinking some sprite, settling on the tummy plus no caffeine so double bonus

Me too! I do my best to avoid caffeine but when I'm feeling so sick and that sounds good AND it helps, I'm all for it. I let myself have 1 per day but it really does help.

Omg, I have NEVER liked dr pepper. Now, after reading this, I really really really want one. Pregnancy is so weird.

I have been drinking sprite to help settle my stomach. The carbonation helps a little.

I have been drinking ginger ale and it helps. I'm on a coke kick too though. I drink Dr P but I get the caffeine free ones. I'm just not good with too much caffeine at all pregnant or not, makes me jittery.

I'm only feeling like sprite or fantasy at the moment but when I'm really tired I have a glass of coke to keep me going.

I've been wanting Dr Pepper more lately, too funny! I'm usually a Coke girl. My mom was just telling me today that when she was pregnant with me the only think that would settle her stomach was Coke so she thinks she got me hooked in utero lol.
