no kegels here...... interestingly enough alot of ppl are now saying kegels dont even help that much and can be detrimental if done wrong and that squats are better for you and your pelvic floor strenngth. i dont do squats eaither though lol Im to lazy.
also apprantly my better half firmly beleives my insides will shoot out of me at a high velocity if i squat while pregnant. Idk where he got it from but I sit on my heels alot with my knees up its really cofmortable to me which apprently is also "unnatural" an anytime im pegnant he yells at me if he sees me doing it.
Try to have something to remind you to do them. When the kids go to bed I do them at every add break. I do 10 each time. Another thing a friend did, she drinks lots of herbal tea so each time she put the kettle on.
